205 Ocean Avenue Studios is thrilled to provide working spaces to creatives from historically marginalized backgrounds who live and work in the greater Portland area.

Studios include include 24 hour access, wifi, and utilities. All studio leases range from 3-6 months with option to renew, so studio availability ranges and is limited.

Our studios are currently full, but please feel free fill out the details below to add your name to the waitlist. If and when a studio becomes available, you will be contacted for a site visit and an interview.
