205 Ocean Avenue Studios is thrilled to provide working spaces to creatives from historically marginalized backgrounds working with low/nontoxic mediums who live and work in the greater Portland area. At this time we cannot accommodate anyone working with highly flammable/toxic substances.

Studios include include 24 hour access, wifi, and utilities. All studio leases range from 6-12 months with option to renew.

All private studios are currently filled, but feel free to fill out an application to join the waitlist. Take a peek at the four creatives already at 205 here. If you feel you will creatively align with us, then complete the application and we will follow up when space opens up.
