Available Studio Space

All studios include AC/heat, wifi, biweekly cleaning and off street parking. Our private parking lot is plowed and sanded every winter. An $80 fee included in the final rent price gives renters use of the community room and backyard for additional work space and small community gatherings/events.

Studio #5 is a private, 130 sq ft studio featuring one large closet, one large window and maple flooring! The space is located on the second floor of the building.
